Material Structure 3-layer laminate: PET outer layer (12-25 μm, UV blocking & mechanical strength), Aluminum foil core (6-9 μm, primary O₂/H₂O barrier), PE inner sealant layer (50-100 μm, heat-sealable)
Primary Function Extends product shelf life to ≥24 months by blocking oxygen (OTR ≤0.05 cm³/m²/day), moisture (WVTR ≤0.1 g/m²/day), and UV light (>99% at 200-400 nm)
Barrier Technology Aluminum foil core enables OTR ≤0.05 cm³/m²/day (ASTM F1249) and WVTR ≤0.1 g/m²/day (ASTM D3985). PET layer provides UV protection (transmittance <0.5% in UV range)
Seal Integrity Heat-sealable PE layer (130-180°C) with seal strength ≥25 N/15mm (ASTM F88), ensuring leak-proof packaging for powders/liquids
Mechanical Durability High puncture resistance (≥35 N, ASTM D7192) and tensile strength (MD: 150-241 MPa, TD: 120-233 MPa)
Certifications Complies with FDA 21 CFR, EU 10/2011, ISO 22000, REACH, and RoHS for food/pharma safety
