Material Structure Multi-layer laminated film: PET (outer layer for durability) / Aluminum Foil (barrier) / PE (inner sealant layer). Optional anti-static or puncture-resistant nylon reinforcement.

  • 8-side heat-sealed edges with reinforced corners
  • Double-sealed zipper (food-grade PE) or spout cap with leak-tight closure
  • Passes ASTM F2095 (vacuum decay leak test)
Easy-Tear Notch
  • Laser-cut precision notch for controlled tearing
  • Tear strength: ≤5N (tested per ASTM D882)
  • Positioned at the top or side for ergonomic access

I bought these in all three sizes (30ml, 50ml, and 100ml) for a two-week trip. The flip spout is airtight and doesn't leak a single drop even when the pouch is squeezed. They're perfect for decanting lotion, body wash, and even thicker creams. The packaging feels high-quality, and the compact shape saves so much space.

Brilliant little pouches. I use the 100ml version for my shower gel when I go to the gym. The flip spout dispenses just the right amount without any dribbling. The stand-up base is handy, and the seal is completely secure—no mess inside my kit bag. They clean out easily and are perfect for reusing again and again.
