Multi-layer laminate

PET (12-25μm, matte finish) / Aluminum foil (6-9μm) / PE (50-100μm, food-grade sealant). Total thickness: 80-200μm. Scratch-resistant exterior with urban nightscape design.

Child-Resistant Mechanism

Push-Turn Lock System

Dual-action closure compliant with ASTM F963-17 and US 16 CFR §1700.20. Includes tamper-evident tear strips and multilingual suffocation warnings.

Printing & Design

Printing Technology

10-color rotogravure printing for high-definition city night patterns (skylines, stars). Optional holographic foiling/QR codes for anti-counterfeiting. UV-resistant inks (ΔE ≤1.5 color accuracy).
