Material Structure
Multi-layer laminate PET (12-25μm, matte finish) / Aluminum foil (6-9μm) / PE (50-100μm, food-grade sealant). Total thickness: 80-200μm. Scratch-resistant exterior with urban nightscape design.
Child-Resistant Mechanism
Push-Turn Lock System Dual-action closure compliant with ASTM F963-17 and US 16 CFR §1700.20. Includes tamper-evident tear strips and multilingual suffocation warnings.
Printing & Design
Printing Technology 10-color rotogravure printing for high-definition city night patterns (skylines, stars). Optional holographic foiling/QR codes for anti-counterfeiting. UV-resistant inks (ΔE ≤1.5 color accuracy).
Sealing & Closure
Seam Technology Tri-seal heat-sealed seams (≥5mm width) for leak-proof integrity. Reclosable zipper withstands >5,000 cycles. Senior-friendly opening design.

I sell handmade bath bombs and scented soaps, and I wanted something that would keep curious kids out without ruining the unboxing experience. These zipper bags have a see-through front so the product is visible, but the lock is so cleverly designed. Parents tell me they feel much safer having these at home. The bags are also recyclable where we are — bonus points!

The ‘squeeze & slide’ lock is intuitive for adults yet genuinely child-proof. The roll stock runs millimetergenau on our machine, no jamming at all. Great quality, and the eco-friendlier film option is a big plus.
