Material Composition 3-layer co-extruded structure: BOPP (outer layer for gloss/UV resistance), EVOH (oxygen barrier), PE (inner heat-sealable layer). Optional pearlized BOPP for premium aesthetics.
Pre-Printing Capability 8-color Pantone printing with high-resolution (≥300 dpi) using food-safe, low-VOC inks. Supports dynamic QR codes for traceability and anti-counterfeiting.
Width & Thickness - Custom width: 100-2,800 mm (±0.5% tolerance)
- Thickness: 20-50 μm (adjustable for vertical/horizontal form-fill-seal machines).
