Material Composition 7-layer co-extruded structure: PA (outer layer) / TIE / EVOH / TIE / PE / Adhesive / PE (sealant layer). Optional metallized aluminum reinforcement for enhanced UV/oxygen resistance.
Certifications BRCGS Grade AA+ (food safety), ISO 22000, FDA 21 CFR 177.1390 (food contact), Halal/Kosher (on request).
Barrier Performance - Oxygen transmission rate (OTR): ≤0.5 cm³/m²*day*atm (ASTM D3985)
