​Temperature Stability Engineered for extreme environments: ​**-40°C to 200°C continuous use**, withstanding autoclave sterilization (121°C, 30 psi) and cryogenic storage.
​OEM Customization Tailored solutions for width (300–1200mm), thickness (0.08–0.3mm), printing (10-color flexo/digital), and anti-static/anti-fog treatments. Prototype delivery within ​72 hours.
​Barrier Performance Aluminum layer ensures ​OTR ≤0.1 cc/m²/day and ​WVTR ≤0.5 g/m²/day, ideal for moisture/oxygen-sensitive products.
​Applications Aerospace component packaging, medical device sterilization pouches, high-temperature electronics insulation, and automotive thermal shielding.
