Material Composition 5-layer composite structure: BOPET (outer layer) for mechanical strength, aluminum foil (AL) for barrier protection, polyimide adhesive (PI) for thermal stability, LLDPE (sealant layer), and anti-static coating (optional).
Temperature Stability Engineered for extreme environments: -40°C to 200°C continuous use, withstanding autoclave sterilization (121°C, 30 psi) and cryogenic storage.
OEM Customization Tailored solutions for width (300-1200mm), thickness (0.08-0.3mm), printing (10-color flexo/digital), and anti-static/anti-fog treatments. Prototype delivery within 72 hours.
Barrier Performance Aluminum layer ensures OTR ≤0.1 cc/m²/day and WVTR ≤0.5 g/m²/day, ideal for moisture/oxygen-sensitive products.
