Material Composition Multi-layer metallized BOPET (12-30μm) with tear-resistant additives. Compatible with standard PET recycling streams due to mono-material design or separable layers.
Tear Resistance Engineered with reinforced molecular structure and additives to prevent propagation of tears.
Recyclability Fully recyclable via PET bottle-to-bottle streams; meets ISO 14021 standards for recyclability.
Edge Crush Test (ECT) ECT ≥32 lbf/in (≥5.5 kN/m), validated via ASTM D642 for superior stacking strength.
Barrier Properties Metallized layer provides UV protection, oxygen transmission rate (OTR) ≤1.0 cc/m²/day, and water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) ≤0.5 g/m²/day.
Applications Ideal for heavy-duty packaging (e.g., pet food, hardware), e-commerce shipping, and industrial products requiring durability and sustainability.
